About the Role

Safety is our highest priority. As a Delivery Operations Manager, you will be accountable for the safe, reliable, high-quality, and profitable execution of delivery projects within your portfolio. Your leadership will directly drive customer satisfaction and contribute to KONE’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Safety and Quality, ensuring compliance with KONE installation methods and risk assessments.

  
  

• Build a customer-focused culture, capturing and acting on the Voice of Customer.

  
  

• Lead, coach, and develop your regional Delivery Operations team, setting clear objectives and driving performance through KPIs and data.

  
  

• Oversee installation operations, capacity planning, and resource optimization.

  
  

• Ensure seamless project management, including accurate scheduling, revenue/cost planning, and proactive communication with stakeholders.

  
  

• Drive business performance, monitoring profitability, forecasting, and order book accuracy.

  
  

• Promote continual improvement, applying Lean principles to eliminate waste and standardize ways of working.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Min. University degree, preferably in an Engineering department.

  
  

• Fluent in Turkish & English (both written and verbal).

  
  

• Strong background in safety and quality management, project delivery, and customer relationship management.

  
  

• Experience in installation supervision/management or project management is an asset.

  
  

• Proven ability to lead people and managers, with strong coaching and change management skills.

  
  

• Knowledge of installation methods, construction industry practices, and relevant laws/standards.

  
  

• Financial acumen in revenue recognition, forecasting, and profitability management.

  
  

• Resident in Ankara.
