About the Role

As a Clinical Science Associate based in Bursa, Turkey, you will play a pivotal role in bringing innovative therapies to the healthcare professionals who need them most. Operating in a field-based, remote model, you will be the key point of contact for Health Care Professionals (HCPs) in your territory, with a focus on rare disease areas including nephrology, neurology, and cardiology. This role is central to our mission of chasing the miracles of science and ensuring that patients have access to life-changing treatments.

Key Responsibilities


Drive sales performance for a defined portfolio of rare disease products within a designated geography or customer list


Raise HCP satisfaction by delivering high-quality, scientifically accurate product information tailored to the needs of specialists in nephrology, neurology, and cardiology


Build and maintain strong relationships with key Health Care Professionals, including doctors, specialists, and hospital-based stakeholders


Achieve personal sales objectives in line with regional and national targets


Execute territory planning effectively, prioritizing customer visits and engagements to maximize impact


Deliver compelling product presentations that reflect deep scientific and clinical knowledge


Monitor and report on territory performance, market trends, and competitor activities


Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and market access teams to ensure a coordinated approach to customer engagement


Ensure full compliance with Sanofi's ethical standards, internal policies, and applicable regulations in all customer interactions

About You


Education


• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry or a related scientific/medical field


Experience


• Prior experience in rare diseases is strongly preferred


• Solid knowledge of at least one of the following therapeutic areas: nephrology, neurology, or cardiology


• Experience in field sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an asset


Skills & Competencies


Strong presentation and communication skills — ability to convey complex scientific information clearly and persuasively to HCPs


Medical and scientific acumen — ability to engage credibly with specialists and key opinion leaders


• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote/field-based environment


• Strong organizational and territory management skills


• Proficiency in digital tools and omnichannel engagement approaches


Valid driving license and active use of a personal vehicle required for field-based customer visits and territory coverage
