📋 What You’ll Be Doing Strategy & PMO: Help structure the CEO's strategic priorities, translate them into initiatives, track dependencies and risks and drive follow-ups with senior stakeholders.
Executive Deliverables: Build sharp decks, board and OKR inputs, memos and business cases that frame decisions and move them forward.
Financial & Commercial Analytics: Own financial analyses, unit economics and scenario modeling to support major commercial and capital decisions.
Revenue Operations: Drive pipeline tracking, forecasting hygiene and performance dashboards; help shape the operating framework across Sales, CS and Delivery.
Strategic Projects: Coordinate and follow up on cross-functional projects led by the CEO's Office, defining scope, timelines, milestones, success criteria and escalating risks when needed.
Market & Competitive Research: Monitor the RegTech, compliance, and financial crime landscape; identify opportunities, threats and strategic moves worth exploring.
Cross-Functional Execution: Work with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to unblock priorities, close gaps, and keep execution tight.
CEO Support & Representation: Coordinate executive-level meetings, prepare materials, capture decisions and action items, and represent the CEO's Office internally and externally with professionalism and discretion.

🎓 What We’re Looking For Experience: 3+ years in VC/PE or high-growth B2B SaaS / scale-up Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Engineering.
Analytical Toolkit: Advanced Excel (structured analysis and models) and PowerPoint (executive storytelling); comfort working with modern AI tools to streamline analyses and outputs.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior management.
Project Management: Solid grasp of project management fundamentals; timeline planning, milestone tracking, risk follow-up and stakeholder coordination.
Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, takes initiative, operates with autonomy and drives things to closure without being pushed.
