Could you be the full-time ATS & SCADA Engineer in Istanbul we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.

You'll be a part of the SCC (Supervision Control Center) Application Design team, where the SCC system comprises three subsystems: ATS (Automatic Train Supervision), SCADA, and the security system. You'll specifically help design, implement, and test the ATS system site data. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., design, integration, and testing teams), define and validate ATS site data and parameters to customize solutions for specific projects/products, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of defining documentation and performing sub-system tests, but also ensuring configuration management for project data and supporting integration, testing, and commissioning activities.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining and validating all ATS site data and parameters to customize for a certain project/product

  • Creating and managing technical documentation

  • Performing sub-system tests and verifying traceability

  • Ensuring configuration management of project data

  • Collaborating with global teams to support integration, testing, and commissioning activities

  • Contributing to the overall success of the project through continuous improvement and innovation

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • A degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering

  • Experience or understanding of software automation

  • Knowledge of full-stack development (front-end and back-end)

  • Familiarity with cyber security principles

  • A strong foundation in programming, including Python and SQL

  • Experience with both Linux and Windows operating systems

  • Fluency in the English language

  • Strong analytical capabilities to identify defects and suggest corrective solutions

  • Teamwork skills and transparency in communication

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative projects

  • Utilise our agile working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development through award-winning learning

  • Progress towards becoming a Senior Application Design Engineer

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
