Role Summary: This role is responsible for designing and leading scalable AI/ML solutions, supporting presales activities, and bridging business and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field Minimum 8 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or data-driven systems (10+ years preferred) Proven hands-on experience building and delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments at scale (required) Proven experience owning end-to-end solution architecture decisions in enterprise-level projects (required) Experience working in client-facing or presales environments (required) Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems (prompt engineering, agentic workflows) Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS or similar) Hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn or similar) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker or similar) Experience with API-based and microservices architectures (REST APIs, event-driven systems, system integration) Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions (solution design, KPI alignment, presales support) Ability to guide data scientists and engineers in model development, deployment, and lifecycle management Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience ensuring data governance, security, and responsible AI practices Get to know us If you want to know more about us and what we do, then visit our website: www.
