About the rolethe Uniform Supervisoris responsible foroverseeing the uniform operations within the hotel. This includes ensuring all employee uniforms are consistentlymaintainedto the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and fit, in line with Four Seasons service excellence. The role also supervises uniform room operations, inventory control, and team performance.What you will do
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the uniform room, ensuring organization, efficiency, and a seamless flow of uniforms.
- Ensures all employee uniforms are clean, well-presented, and properly fitted,maintainingthe highest grooming standards across the hotel.
- Manages the issuance and return of uniforms, ensuringaccuratetracking and accountability at all times.
- Maintains andmonitorsuniform inventory, ensuring par levels are met and proactively addressing any shortages or discrepancies.
- Conducts regular inspections of uniforms toidentifywear and tear, coordinatingtimelyrepairs or replacements as needed.
- Supervises the inspection of bedspreads, drapes, linens, and other hotel textiles to uphold quality standards.
- Coordinates and supports tailoring and minor alteration services for employees and guests, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Leads, trains, and supports Uniform Attendants, ensuring productivity, engagement, and alignment with brand standards.
- Collaborates closely with Housekeeping, Laundry, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensurestimelydelivery and distribution of uniforms, linens, and guest items across the property.
- Oversees the handling and organization of room linen for distribution todesignatedareas such as pantries.
- Maintains a professional and collaborative working environment, fostering strong relationships across teams.
What you bring
- Reading,writing and oral profeciency in English language
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
