About the team:

The System Testing Team is acting as a Global Team responsible for testing a whole client architecture and delivering a software with high quality to be deployed in production for the clients in charge. The team is also responsible for managing and leading clients into production environment, and drive internal implementation projects, support and documentation.

What you will be doing:

• Writing integration test scenarios based on Specifications

  
  

• Executing test scenarios

  
  

• Executing the manual testing of new or existing feature

  
  

• Identifying, logging, tracking and resolving software bugs

  
  

• Implementing automated integration tests using the appropriate test automation tool

  
  

• Running and maintaining the automated regression test suites

  
  

• Providing functional advice and assistance to other system testing or scrum teams

  
  

• Implementing testing best practices and tools

  
  

• Ensuring deliveries documentation and guidance with respecting ETA & deadlines

  
  

• Ensuring client support to implement tested functionalities

  
  

• Ensure Integration testing for Major Valdi Global Markets clients for regulatory Exchange migrations and client upgrades

  
  

• Assess migration’s impacts and elaborate testing scope based on client workflow/ architecture

  
  

• Be responsible for testing follow up and release with recommended configuration

  
  

• Propose process enhancement at System Testing team level

  
  

• Interact with Exchange project Managers and other Valdi teams

  
  

• Adhere to the departmental application development and client delivery process standards

  
  

• Promoting a culture of excellence, quality and professionalism using testing best practices such as automation and documentation of test scenarios

  
  

What you bring:

• Functional knowledge in finance, ideally in front-office processing

  
  

• Strong knowledge of quality processes

  
  

• Test automation experience, preferably using tools such as VERIFIX or similar

  
  

• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)

  
  

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross‑team influence skills in a fast‑paced engineering organization

  
  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision

  
  

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, under pressure, and meet deadlines

  
  

• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, communication, and people skills

  
  

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and problem areas
