Job Description

- Maintains accurate supplier and article master data


- Checks Material Requirements Planning (MRP) results and sends orders to suppliers


- Tracks supplier deliveries, identifies bottlenecks and escalates risk of shortages


- Ensures optimum stock level for raw materials and takes actions to avoid and reduce excess/obsoletes, etc.


- Supports technical changes by ensuring ordering/deliveries of new components


- Supports the supplier integration (localization, consignment agreements, logistics agreements, delivery performance evaluation, etc.)


- Develops and maintains regular contact with suppliers


- Regularly reviews the supplier delivery performance evaluation


- Supports the stock-take and cycle counting processes in the plant




Qualifications and Experience
  • Level of Education : Engineer / Master's Degree
  • Field of Study: Industrial Engineering / Logistics or equivalent 
  • Experience: 1 year of experience is appreciated
  • Language : French & English 
  • IT: Microsoft Office
  • Social competences: Communication, social & intercultural sensitivity, change management, target & result orientation, motivation & resilience, self-organization, conflict management, teamwork
  • Pofessional Skills: Production Management / Supply Chain Management / ERP Systems
