What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
Activelyparticipatewithin the R&D department, playing a key role in the development of new medical products, from design to industrialization.
Contribute to the optimization and qualification of manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance,in accordance withIQ, OQ, and PQ validations.
Ensure the implementation of safe and compliant processes aligned with safety standards by conducting PFMEA risk analyses toidentify, assess, and reduce potential failures.
Perform Root Cause Analyses to understand the origin of issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Conduct capability studies to measure and improve process performance.
Optimizemanufacturing costs while ensuringoptimalproduct quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, quality) to transform concepts into concrete and innovative solutions.
Implement technical solutions aimed at improving productivity and reducing manufacturing costs.
Manage time and projects effectively, meeting deadlines and ensuring proper follow-up of the various development stages.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
Hold a degree in textile engineering or a related textile field.
Minimumtwo years of experience in a similar position.
Possess strongexpertisein the textile industry.
Fluent in French and in English
Demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and creativity.
Ableto work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
Motivatedand show a strong interest in product innovation and medical technologies.
