About the team:


Reporting to the Regional Corporate Security Senior Manager, the position focuses on the Corporate Security & Safety program, encompassing both operations and systems for the Tunisia office


The primary responsibilities include overseeing physical security operations, badge administration, and security systems, and serving as the responsible person for Security & Safety activities on site


What you will be doing:


  • Physical Security Operations: Oversee corporate security operations and enhance physical security measures across Tunisia, ensuring a secure environment for all personnel and assets


  • Office Security: Onsite presence at the Tunisia office, overseeing adherence to the corporate security program and liaising with landlord security team and emergency services


  • Incident Management: First responder to security incidents and overseeing the Site Emergency Response Team (selecting members, organizing first aid training sessions, etc.)


  • Support Crisis Management Program: Collaborate in the development and implementation of the regional crisis management strategies to respond effectively to incidents


  • Personal security: Overseeing the transfer and safety of International FIS employees visiting Tunisia (travel, hotel, office)


  • Badge Administration: Oversee the administration of security badges, including printing and issuing of new joiner and temp badges, in compliance with relevant policies


  • Visitor Management: Oversee the visitor management process in line with relevant policies and procedures


  • Security Systems: Oversee the operations and integrity of physical security systems, including access control, CCTV and intruder alarms


  • Risk Assessments: Regularly assess security risks and vulnerabilities, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate identified threats. Ensure all identified risks are reported to the Regional Senior Corporate Security Manage


  • Security Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff awareness of security protocols and best practices


  • Compliance: Support the onsite facilities team with compliance and internal audits


  • Health & Safety: Be a part of the Health & Safety Committee and lead periodic meetings. Overseeing fire safety (training fire wardens, fire drills, etc) & Health & Safety


  • Other related duties assigned as needed.


What you bring:


  • Proven experience in corporate security operations, risk management, or related fields.


  • Proven experience in internal audit or compliance-related activities.


  • Strong understanding of physical security systems, access control measures, and incident management.


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with various stakeholders.


  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision


  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Professional proficiency in English required for international coordination, reporting, and escalation
