Job Description
  • Provide 2nd level support for network-related incidents and service requests (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from 1st level support within defined SLAs
  • Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Manage and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, access points)
  • Support configuration, installation, and upgrades of network infrastructure
  • Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors when required
  • Contribute to documentation (network diagrams, procedures, knowledge base)
  • Participate in IT projects (network expansion, security improvements, migrations)
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards
  • Provide on-call support if required


Qualifications and Experience
  • University degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in network operations or IT infrastructure support
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing & switching
    • Firewall technologies and VPNs
    • Network monitoring tools
  • Experience with enterprise network equipment (e.g., Cisco)
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes (incident, Request, problem, change management)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Good communication skills in English
