Mission : Assurer l'exécution et le suivi des activités Service Delivery Import afin de garantir la bonne préparation, le traitement et la clôture des escales.


Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous serez en charge de :


• Suivre quotidiennement le planning des navires, organiser le travail et préparer les escales Import TC et RORO.
• Assurer la gestion et le suivi des modifications des BLs.
• Coordonner avec l’équipe Manifeste le traitement des rectifications avant et après l’arrivée des navires.
• Effectuer la réconciliation avant déchargement.
• Suivre les statuts jusqu’à la clôture de l’escale.
• Coordonner avec l’équipe GBS pour les factures non éditées 


Compétences personnelles :


  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion des priorités.
  • Grande rigueur et souci du détail.
  • Bonnes aptitudes en communication et en coordination.
  • Sens du service client.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe
