Deskside Support Services (Smart Eyes & Hands Support)
Manage incidents raised by authorized users and escalated by the Service Desk, covering all IT services including those provided by third-party vendors.
Resolve incidents within prescribed SLA timelines; escalate appropriately when required.
Manage service requests in line with Service Fulfilment and Change Management processes.
Communicate clearly with authorized users in English or the local language, using terminology consistent with Grab standards.
Schedule and perform software distributions to minimize user disruption when remote deployment is unsuccessful.
Perform asset refresh activities.
Handle commissioning and collection of IT assets during employee onboarding and offboarding, following approved Grab processes.
Provision devices for new joiners to ensure Day 1 readiness.
Provide break/fix support, technical advice, and user assistance.
Replace faulty components and conduct post-replacement testing.
Configure hardware and system settings; provide printer support.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and maintenance providers as needed.
Support equipment replacement by performing data backup, restoration, and migration to new devices.
Receive and validate IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) service requests for accuracy and proper authorization.
Perform or oversee installations, de-installations, cascades, moves, adds, and changes for all EUC equipment and software at designated Grab sites.
Create and document IMAC processes for software and hardware components and obtain customer approval.
2–4 years of relevant IT Desktop / Deskside Support experience
