Reporting of the role 


This role reports to Biddable Social Manager

  1. Get to work in a truly integrated team handling 360 aspects for a brand 
  2.  Will work closely with the leading publishers such as Facebook, TikTok & Line 
  3. Gain hands-on experience and become a specialist in social media advertising across multiple platforms. 

Measures of success 


In three months: 


  • Understood the complete biddable media scenario on client’s business across social platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, LINE, X, and LinkedIn.)
  • Handled day to day tasks / requirement effectively 

In six months: 


  • Optimized implementation in all biddable media platforms
  • Recommended and implemented best practice
  •  Explored and executed an innovation in one of the biddable media platforms 

In 12 months: 


  • Exceed client expectations in terms of biddable media implementation
  • Create a road-map for the next year. 

Role Summary and Impact 


  • Manage real time bidding campaigns on multiple platforms for clients. 
  • Setup, monitor, report and analyze advertising campaigns to deliver on client KPIs
  • Stay updated with platform changes and new features through regular training, active research, attending webinars, and completing key certifications such as Meta Blueprint and other relevant online courses.
  • To be the custodian of your client's advertising presence on social platforms & the go-to-person on matters social.
  • You will become an advocate of your wider team's work and a trusted client partner by attend briefings and strategy sessions, building social ads designed to deliver business value and client KPIs.
  • You'll become a trusted client partner with your inherent knowledge of their business and how social can elevate brand and direct response messaging/outcomes based on their needs.
  • Keep your client leads up to date on social best practices - content, platforms, and tools within the paid social ecosystem.
  • Participate in workshops, training sessions and team building events. 

Skills and Experience 


  • 3 years of experience in digital advertising (experience in a biddable role is a plus). Fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks or campaigns simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and zero-error execution.
  • Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner who adapts well to change and is eager to take on new challenges
  • Team player who collaborates well across functions while also working independently when needed.
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Analytical skills and experience with Excel are a plus.
  • Good communication in English.
