Digital - Social Media Trainee (6 months)

We are looking for a motivated and curious Digital & Social Media Intern to support the development and execution of digital strategies, with a strong focus on corporate communications and reputation-led projects.

You will work closely with integrated teams across Corporate & Public Affairs, Healthcare, Beauty, and Lifestyle, contributing to impactful campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.

• Support the development and implementation of digital and social media strategies
• Assist account teams in delivering digital activities across multiple sectors
• Contribute to the day-to-day management of social media channels, including:
  • Monitoring conversations and trends
  • Identifying insights
  • Supporting community engagement
• Conduct research and benchmarking (industry trends, competitors, best practices) to inform strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with PR, digital, and strategy teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery
• Support influencer identification and coordination for relevant campaigns
• Assist in preparing performance reports and analysing campaign results
• Stay up to date with digital trends, platforms, and emerging formats, sharing insights with the team

• A team player with a positive attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing and social media
• Previous experience in a digital or communications agency is a plus (not mandatory)
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital ecosystems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English is essential
• Catalan is a strong plus given the nature of some client work
• Creative mindset with the ability to think beyond the obvious
• Eager to learn, proactive, and curious
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
