We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a digital analytics and MarTech transformation project in the real estate sector. The selected candidate will become part of the Data Analytics & MarTech team, working cross-functionally with the Paid Media, CRM, and Development teams to ensure data reliability and generate analyses and insights that support business decision-making.


Technical Responsibilities


Measurement and Tagging


  • Google Tag Manager: Implementation, maintenance, and evolution of tagging, including the configuration of events, triggers, and advertising platform pixels.
  • Google Analytics 4: Configuration and management of GA4 properties, ensuring data quality and proper tracking instrumentation throughout the funnel.
  • Consent Management: Integration and management of Consent Management tools (OneTrust), guaranteeing regulatory compliance and measurement consistency within consent environments.

Analysis and Reporting


  • Dashboarding: Design, construction, and maintenance of operational and executive dashboards in Looker Studio, consolidating data sources from web measurement, Paid Media, and CRM.
  • KPI Reporting: Reporting on business and marketing KPIs, including campaign performance, acquisition funnel analysis, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
  • Insights Generation: Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify patterns, opportunities, and friction points in the customer journey.
  • Actionable Recommendations: Ability to detect actionable insights and translate them into concrete recommendations for business and media teams.

Paid Media and Attribution


  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance across Paid Media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others), providing analytical criteria for budget and investment optimization.
  • Attribution Models: Configuring and analyzing attribution models to evaluate each channel's contribution to the conversion funnel.
  • Team Collaboration: Partnering with the media team to define campaign KPIs and interpret results.

Data and Integration


  • SQL & BigQuery: Extracting and transforming data using SQL in BigQuery to support analysis and reporting.
  • Automation: Developing and maintaining data automations with Make, optimizing operational workflows, and reducing manual processes.
  • APIs: Managing API connections and HTTP requests to integrate external data sources into the project's analytical ecosystem.
  • CRM Integration: Collaborating with the CRM team to extract and analyze Salesforce data focused on understanding customer behavior and optimizing the commercial funnel.

Applied Artificial Intelligence


  • AI Workflows: Incorporating AI solutions into daily workflows for automated analysis processes, assisted insight/report generation, and anomaly detection in key KPIs.
  • Proactivity: An active interest in exploring and applying AI tools to improve analytical productivity and the quality of business recommendations.

Profile Requirements


  • Experience: Between 2 and 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, digital analytics, or similar roles.
  • SQL & BigQuery: Advanced command of SQL for data extraction and transformation in BigQuery.
  • Google Ecosystem: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (property configuration, events, custom dimensions, funnel analysis) and Google Tag Manager (tags, triggers, variables, and pixel management). Familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.
  • Data Pipelines: Experience or knowledge of dbt for developing data transformation pipelines.
  • Data Visualization: Proven ability to design and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio or other visualization tools.
  • Data Governance: Knowledge of data governance principles: quality, lineage, and metric documentation.
  • Privacy & Consent: Knowledge of digital privacy regulations, privacy-first solutions, and experience with Consent Management tools (OneTrust or equivalent).
  • Integrations: Ability to work with API connections and HTTP requests for data source integration.
  • Automation: Experience with data workflow automation tools (Make or similar).
  • Analytics Adaptability: Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or a willingness to incorporate it into the workspace stack.
  • Applied Statistics: Notions of applied statistics: A/B test design, statistical significance, and interpretation of results.
  • Documentation: Technical documentation skills: defining KPIs, event taxonomies, measurement plans, model specifications, and data catalogs.
  • Business Orientation: Ability to look beyond the numbers and generate actionable recommendations for teams, alongside strong communication skills to explain analytical results clearly to non-technical profiles.

Desirable Skills (Value Added)


  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools for commercial data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Clarity or other user behavior analysis tools (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.).
  • Familiarity with qualitative analysis: heatmaps, session recordings, and user behavior interpretation.
  • Experience with omnichannel attribution models or advanced acquisition funnel analysis.
  • Interest in Machine Learning techniques or predictive models applied to marketing.
  • Google Certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager).
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Advanced English (B2–C1): Ability to communicate with international teams, manage technical documentation, and participate in meetings in English.
