Role Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on, target-driven Channel Sales Executive to join our growing team in Spain.
This is a pure sales, individual contributor role - ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, high activity, and closing deals.
You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through both direct outreach and channel sales - building and activating a network of resellers and referral partners to drive pipeline and accelerate growth in the SMB and mid-market segments. You'll need to be proactive, tenacious, and laser-focused on
driving revenue through multiple sales motions.
This role is on-site at our office space in Barcelona, surrounded by a small but fast-growing team, playing a key part in expanding our footprint across Europe. An uncapped commission structure rewards high performance - your earnings grow with your results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, closing, and signing.
• Build, manage, and activate a network of resellers and referral partners to generate a consistent flow of qualified opportunities.
• Identify, onboard, and enable channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to represent and sell Grubtech effectively.
• Generate new opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and follow-ups on inbound leads - both directly and through channel partners.
• Deliver engaging, high-impact product demos that show clear business value, both independently and in support of channel partners.
• Maintain a fast-paced sales rhythm with high daily activity and deal volume across direct and channel pipelines.
• Keep deals and activity updated in HubSpot CRM, with accurate forecasting and reporting across all sales channels.
• Stay sharp on product, process, and competitor updates to keep your edge.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine our go-to-market motion, including our reseller and referral strategy.
• Push hard, stay consistent, and always keep momentum moving forward.


What We're Looking For:
• 3–5 years of direct SaaS sales experience in a fast-paced, high-activity environment, ideally selling into SMB or mid-market segments.
• Demonstrated experience managing sales channels - including recruiting, enabling, and driving revenue through reseller and referral networks.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets across both direct and channel sales motions.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills - you're not afraid to pick up the phone, send that follow-up, or chase deals.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in using HubSpot (or similar CRM) and working with sales metrics.
• Grit, resilience, and a performance mindset.
