We are looking for a seasoned sales pro who knows the South African enterprise landscape like the back of their hand and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, close the deal, and celebrate the win.

What you will do:

  • Own the outbound sales motion from prospecting to pitch to close.
  • Target mid-market and enterprise accounts across South Africa.
  • Lead introductory calls and drive the complete sales cycle.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and pre-sales to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Consistently hit (and exceed) your sales targets.
What you bring: 

  • 6–12 years of outbound B2B SaaS sales experience be it principal or partner environment - ideally in CRM, HR tech, low-code platforms or any other SaaS applications.
  • A proven track record of closing high-value deals in South Africa.
  • Strong understanding of the local tech ecosystem and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Comfortable speaking with C-levels and navigating complex deals.
  • A hunter's mindset - proactive and self-driven.
