Key Responsibilities:
â Technical Consultation: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer
requirements and provide expert advice on Zoho’s Finance, HR and Payroll
applications.
â Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product demonstrations to
prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Zoho’s Finance, HR
and Payroll solutions.
â Solution Design: Work closely with clients to identify their business needs and
design customized solutions using Zoho’s suite of applications.
â Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of technical proposals and
presentations that effectively communicate how Zoho’s products can address
client challenges.
â Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential
clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
â Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to clients during the trial and implementation phases, ensuring a smooth transition to Zoho’s
products.
â Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the Finance, HR and Payroll domains to provide
insights and recommendations.
â Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements or new features for Zoho’s
products.
Requirementsâ 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, specifically within Finance,
HR and Payroll applications.
â In-depth knowledge of financial processes, payroll systems, and related
regulatory requirements in the Africa market.â Familiarity with Zoho’s suite of products, particularly Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll,
Zoho People and other financial management tools, is highly desirable.
â Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate
complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
â Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast paced environment.
