Our client is a leader within the Generator and Alternative Energy Industries and they are looking for a young, enthusiastic and talented Administrator to join their team.


JOB DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:


MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Data Capturing and Management
  • Administrative duties as required.
  • Assisting sales personnel with office/administration duties
  • Prepare quotations and email quotations for all parts or generators.
  • Prepare internal email quotations as required for generators or spares and servicing, including transport and courier quotations to various locations locally and export.
  • General, ad hoc activities required for the office.
  • Marketing assistance
  • Shipment follow ups and schedules.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Grade 12
  • Relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:


  • Experience in administrative fields
  • Able to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Good to excellent computer skills – MS Office especially Excel beneficial
  • Drivers' License and own reliable transport
  • Must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans (essential)
  • Very good communication skills – Verbal and Written
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well-structured and presented email abilities
  • Motivated, determined, team player, confident, ability to work under pressure and independent
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Very good common sense
