Senior Full Stack Developer (Web Applications)

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer focused on modern web applications. You’ll build high-quality, performant user experiences and develop the API services that power key workflows. You’ll work in a small team in an Agile environment, collaborate cross-functionally, and help drive technical direction for our products.
Responsibilities
• Build customer-facing web UIs using React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
• Design and implement API services and backend-for-frontend layers.
• Deliver end-to-end features in collaboration with product, UX, backend, QA, and operations.
• Implement secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and data protection best practices.
• Improve performance and reliability across the stack (UI responsiveness, API latency, error handling, observability).
• Write testable, reusable code; contribute to automated testing (unit/integration/e2e) and CI practices.
• Document technical designs and processes (including API contracts and, when relevant, database schemas).
• Recommend and implement improvements to architecture, tools, and development processes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Strong experience building modern web applications with React + TypeScript (or equivalent).
• Experience building and supporting Node.js services, with strong skills in API design and system integration.
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals (performance, accessibility, state management, testing).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
• Experience with Java services and/or MEAN-stack systems.
• Familiarity with Angular (legacy support or mixed-UI environments).
• Experience with observability tools and debugging distributed systems.
• Experience with enterprise security patterns (SSO, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC).
