The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for maximizing the operational ability and efficiency of electrical and mechanical systems in machinery, equipment, and vehicles by ensuring the proactive execution of operational maintenance. The role focuses on organizing and training maintenance staff, ensuring scheduled maintenance is completed, maintaining workshop tools and equipment, inspecting systems regularly, and reducing production losses caused by machinery downtime.
