The responsibilities include the installation, configuration, management, operation, and maintenance of all Windows server systems and Windows Clusters.

The individual will be responsible for the installation, configuration, management, operation, and maintenance of all Windows server systems and Windows Clusters.
This role is critical in ensuring system stability through daily operational tasks, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting, while also providing support for SAP environments hosted on Windows.
Areas of Responsibility Key Accountabilities Strategic Management Ensure that all Windows systems are effectively managed and maintained in accordance with vendor guidelines and security best practices, while also ensuring compliance with NCA, NIC, and SEC Cybersecurity regulations.
Operations Management Install, configure, manage, operate, and maintain Windows Server systems and Windows Clusters (e.
g., Server 2012, 2016).
Provide daily operational support, including OS installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, virus protection, and resource management.
Oversee Windows File shares and clusters, as well as support SAP, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA environments on the Windows platform.
Consistently review system logs and OS behavior to proactively monitor performance and resolve any issues.
People Management Build Relationships Collaborate closely with ERP, application, database, and web hosting teams to address daily support and break/fix issues, as well as manage scheduled maintenance.
Process Improvement & Knowledge Management Manage and maintain client agents for server monitoring (SCOM) and server management (SCCM).
Offer guidance for automation processes within the Microsoft Orchestrator environment.
Develop and maintain both technical and detailed design documentation, as well as operational documentation.
Create, manage, and delete user/group accounts, and enforce account policies.
Raise and oversee support tickets with Microsoft, including troubleshooting, log collection, and follow-up activities.
