Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Wet Utilities Engineer to join our team based in Riyadh, KSA.


The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all wet utilities and plumbing works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.


We envisage success in this role to include:


  • Reviewing and supervising all wet utilities and plumbing activities on-site in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Coordinating with the design team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of wet utilities and plumbing works, including water supply, sewerage, stormwater, drainage, and plumbing systems.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks to verify the installation, testing, and commissioning of wet utilities networks and plumbing systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with local codes, authority requirements, and safety regulations (including KSA Municipality guidelines).
  • Preparing and reviewing progress reports, site instructions, and technical documentation related to wet utilities and plumbing works.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to contractors for wet utilities and plumbing installations and resolving on-site technical issues.
  • Assisting in reviewing contractor submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and as-built documentation related to wet utilities and plumbing works.
  • Monitoring project timelines and identifying potential delays or risks associated with wet utilities and plumbing works.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years of work experience partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.


Proven experience in wet utilities (plumping) is a must
