Job Summary
The Welcoming Staff is responsible for greeting clients, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a friendly, professional, and proactive individual who can create a positive first impression and maintain smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet all clients and visitors upon arrival.
• Manage client check-ins and session scheduling using the studio’s booking system.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide new clients with studio tours and information on services and membership options.
• Support instructors with class setup and ensure the studio is clean and welcoming.
• Manage merchandise display and assist with retail sales.
• Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in managing waitlists, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Communicate client feedback and operational issues to the Studio Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree.
