JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE


As a Warehouse Manager, your main objective is to utilize your organizational, leadership and logistics skills to improve warehouse efficiency, ensure inventory accuracy and support overall business operation.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


Plan and Execute warehouse management.


- Identify, develop, and complete warehouse operational requirements, warehouse roles & responsibilities and manpower plan.


- Determine facilities and equipment layout through relevant departments.


- Define and develop all tools, equipment, and materials necessary to operate warehousing.


- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the company’s policies and vision and how the warehouse supports and aligns with them. Support Punctual Production and MRO.


- Seamless interaction with the operation for the on-time delivery of materials.


- Manage staff to maintain close communication with expeditors by updating the materials status.


- Maintain systematic materials management.


- Maintain a streamline system for receiving, preserving, and delivering materials.


- Set up an agile materials flow creating a short and safe route between the warehouse and the production site.


- Carry out responsibilities for the use of automated and computerized systems. Contribute cost savings through an optimized inventory.


- Maintain to optimized inventory by a fully automated traceability by a proper ERP system.


- Prepare an annual budget, plan out expenses, analyze any variances, and make necessary corrections to help the company achieve financial objectives


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


B.S Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.


(15) years of related Experience of which (5) years in leadership role.
