This role is central to our financial integrity, responsible for managing daily cash positions, bank relationships, and complex payment ecosystems including PSP and COD reconciliations. The ideal candidate will act as the local subject-matter expert, ensuring that our treasury activities are optimized, compliant with SAMA and local regulations, and seamlessly integrated with our Group Treasury functions.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end daily treasury operations, including cash reporting, position management, and accurate postings within SAP TRM.
- Monitor actual cash flow and perform variance analysis against forecasts, escalating liquidity risks to Group Treasury and Finance leadership.
- Lead payment operations and controls for urgent, intercompany, and seller payments, ensuring adherence to internal approval matrices.
- Perform daily tracking and reconciliations for PSP, POS, and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) transactions to ensure full cash visibility.
- Manage KSA bank relationships, overseeing account lifecycles, KYC documentation, bank automation, FX settlements, and limit management.
- Lead the onboarding of new bank accounts and payment methods while acting as the local SME for SAMA and regional regulatory matters.
- Prepare regional treasury reports analyzing bank expenses, payment costs, and service performance across all Gulf entities.
- Coordinate internal and external treasury audits and weekly reconciliations with Accounting to resolve financial discrepancies proactively.
Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CTP) are a plus.
- Extensive experience in treasury operations, cash management, or corporate finance, preferably within an e-commerce or marketplace environment.
- Strong knowledge of the KSA banking landscape, SAMA regulations, and regional payment methods (PSP, POS, COD).
- Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems (TMS), with hands-on experience in SAP TRM or similar ERP modules.
- Proven ability to manage complex bank reconciliations and high-volume payment workflows with high accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage relationships with both local and international banking partners.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required to effectively manage local regulatory documentation and internal stakeholder communication.
