Minimum 15 years of experience in transportation planning, design, and management.
Proficiency in transportation modeling software such as VISSIM, TransCAD, or SYNCHRO.
Strong understanding of traffic engineering principles, transport policies, and regulations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Experience working on infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or similar regions is preferred.
