• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including government entities, hospitals, and technology innovators, to identify, prioritize, and introduce innovative digital technologies, pilot programs, and care models.
• Influence the external ecosystem through thought leadership, policy contributions, and public-private partnerships.

Program & Project Leadership:
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital Transform Care initiatives, including project setup, resource allocation, planning, build/development, quality assurance, piloting, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Establish governance processes to monitor progress, proactively manage risks, ensure compliance with AZ policies and local regulations, and maintain high standards of data privacy and security.
• Support strategic workforce planning and change management to drive successful adoption of digital solutions.

Impact & Performance Measurement:
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and communicate the impact of Transform Care initiatives to local and international stakeholders to maximize value and ensure sustainability.
• Identify opportunities for measurable business and patient impact, establishing KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Capability Building & Reuse:
• Champion a culture of innovation and digital literacy across cross-functional teams, building internal capabilities and awareness of emerging technologies.
• Act as MEA Transform Care Lead for the digital Transform Care portfolio by fostering standardization, knowledge sharing, and reuse of assets, templates, and approaches across MEA markets—codifying lessons learned from KSA deployments.

Essential for the role:
Embraces diversity and equality of opportunity. We are committed to building an inclusive and diverse team representing all backgrounds, with as wide a range of perspectives as possible, and harnessing industry-leading skills.
