Job Description

نبحث عن موظف/ة مبيعات هاتفية متميز/ة للانضمام إلى فريقنا والمشاركة في أكبر الفعاليات التعليمية داخل المملكة. سيكون دورك الرئيسي هو التواصل مع العملاء والترويج لخدماتنا التعليمية وإقناعهم بالمشاركة في الفعاليات القادمة.


المهام والمسؤوليات:


  • التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين والحاليين عبر الهاتف بطريقة احترافية.


  • تقديم شرح واضح وجذاب عن الفعاليات والخدمات التعليمية.


  • إدارة محادثات البيع بشكل فعال لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية.


  • متابعة العملاء المحتملين وتحفيزهم على التسجيل والمشاركة.


  • تسجيل تفاصيل المحادثات والملاحظات في النظام الداخلي للشركة.


  • التعاون مع فريق المبيعات والتسويق لتحسين أداء الحملات البيعية.


المؤهلات والمتطلبات:


  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال المبيعات عبر الهاتف (Telesales) أو خدمة العملاء.


  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة عالية على الإقناع والتعامل مع مختلف أنماط العملاء.


  • الالتزام بالعمل عن بُعد والانضباط في المواعيد وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.


  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط بروح إيجابية وتحفيزية.


  • التواجد داخل المملكة العربية السعودية شرط أساسي.


طبيعة العمل:


  • العمل: عن بُعد بالكامل.


  • نوع العقد: دوام جزئي أو كامل حسب الاتفاق.
