Riyadh Air (RX) is Saudi Arabia's new national airline, headquartered in the capital and built to shape the future of flying. As a digitally native carrier connecting the Kingdom to more than 100 destinations, we are transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub — and we're looking for exceptional people to help us get there.
Are you a structures technician with a passion for composite repair and aircraft airworthiness? Join our Line Maintenance team at Riyadh Airport and play a hands-on role in keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and operationally ready.
As a Technician II Structures, you will be working directly on the aircraft performing structural inspections, executing composite repairs, and resolving maintenance discrepancies on the line. You will be the technical authority on structural integrity in a fast-paced operational environment, working alongside engineers and fellow technicians to ensure every aircraft departs in peak condition.
All activities are carried out in full compliance with GACA regulations, Riyadh Air policies, and E&M procedures.
You must hold a Diploma or Degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field, and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an aircraft maintenance environment — including at least 2 years specifically in aircraft composites and structures.
A valid Aircraft Maintenance Licence (GACA, FAA, EASA, or equivalent CAA) is required, along with Boeing 787 Composite Repair Certification for Technicians.
You will also need strong working knowledge of Structural Repair Manuals, proven experience evaluating and repairing composite structures on the B787, and proficiency in wet lay-up, prepreg repair techniques, and hot bonder operation.
We're looking for someone with sharp analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a shift-based, operational environment. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to coach others are equally important.
The ability to obtain police security clearance for airside operations is essential.
This is your opportunity to help build one of the world's newest and most ambitious airlines from the ground up. Bring your expertise to Riyadh Air — and let's shape the future of aviation together.
