Technical Quality Manager – SAP Premium Engagements

SAP is hiring a Technical Quality Manager to support our Premium Engagements customers, including SAP MaxAttention and SAP ActiveAttention. This role provides strategic technical guidance and ensures customers realize the full value of their SAP investments.


Role Overview

The Technical Quality Manager serves as a trusted advisor to large enterprise customers. You will manage the Premium Engagement service plan, guide digital transformation activities, and ensure successful adoption of SAP technology across cloud, hybrid, and on‑premise landscapes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of the SAP Premium Engagement service plan
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP BASIS topics
  • Support integration, operations, and optimization across all SAP systems and landscapes
  • Identify issues, drive action plans, and support customers during critical situations
  • Collaborate with System Integrators and ensure alignment with SAP best practices
  • Drive innovation through scenario prototyping and technology adoption
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field, or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Must have strong, hands‑on SAP experience (minimum 8 years)
    Experience may include S/4HANA, HANA, BASIS, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP development, or core integration
  • Strong understanding of SAP architectures, upgrades, migrations, and operational processes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills
  • Preferred certifications: SAP product certifications, Cloud, Programming, Enterprise Architecture
