Job Description: The Technical Office Engineer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing all technical documents related to swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna projects. This includes shop drawings, specifications, technical calculations, and submittals. The role requires close coordination with design, site, and supplier teams to ensure full compliance with project requirements and approved standards.


Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare and review shop drawings for swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna systems.


• Study architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and ensure proper coordination between disciplines.


• Prepare quantity take-offs (BOQ) and material schedules for projects.


• Review and approve datasheets, catalogs, and technical certificates submitted by suppliers.


• Prepare and follow up on RFIs with consultants and clients.


• Provide technical support to site teams and resolve technical issues during execution.


• Monitor and implement technical revisions and variations, updating documents accordingly.


• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to select suitable equipment in line with approved specifications.


• Ensure all works comply with project specifications and local/international standards.


• Prepare technical reports and maintain proper documentation for all project records.


• Attend and participate in technical coordination meetings with all project stakeholders.


Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical or


equivalent).


• Minimum (3) years of experience in swimming pool, jacuzzi, or sauna projects.


• Good knowledge of water treatment systems, pumps, filters, heating systems, and waterproofing works.


Required Skills:


• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).


• Good knowledge of technical specifications and standards related to pool and spa systems.


• Excellent communication and coordination skills.


• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
