RUWA Group is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our team in Jeddah for high-end building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all technical aspects of the project from design to execution
• Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and material submittals
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering challenges throughout the project
Requirements:
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience working on 5-star hotel projects is mandatory
• Strong technical knowledge in building construction, design coordination, and project execution
• Extensive experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
• Strong background in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to lead technical teams and provide effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
