Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Structural Engineer (Civil) to join our award winning team in Madinah, Saudi. 


  • Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
  • Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
  • Bride construction experience essential 
  • Manage and direct the development and maintenance of the program and project schedules for all phases of the project including procurement, planning, design and construction. 
  • Lead the design, analysis, and modeling of complex structural systems for a variety of projects, including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure, ensuring that they meet safety, durability, and performance standards.
  • Perform detailed structural calculations and simulations to ensure the safety, stability, and efficiency of designs under various load conditions (e.g., seismic, wind, live loads).
  • Collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines to integrate structural systems with overall building designs and ensure coordination across all aspects of the project.
  • Offer technical support to contractors during the construction phase, reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs (Requests for Information), and resolving design-related issues on-site.
  • Collaborate with project managers to estimate costs for structural work, assist in budgeting, and find cost-effective solutions while maintaining the quality and integrity of the design.
  • Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to present design proposals, address concerns, and ensure that all parties are aligned on project objectives and progress

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15+ years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
