9. Plan, prepare, and implement project schedules while overseeing their execution.
10. Research and prepare cost estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
11. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and efficient operations.
12. Write, review, and approve technical reports, specifications, and project presentations.
13. Assist in defining the project scope, budget, and schedule for new engineering tasks.
1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Structural Engineering.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering consultancy offices.
3. Proven expertise in structural design, analysis, and supervision of projects.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. And municipal requirements
6. Proficiency in engineering design programs such as AutoCAD - Revit - ETABS - SAP2000 - and Structural Analyzing programs.
7. Demonstrated experience in site layout, grading, and regulatory approvals.
8. Excellent project management skills with the ability to supervise and lead teams.
9. Professional Engineering License from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
10. Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
11. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks effectively.
12. Critical thinking skills with a high level of accuracy in structural calculations and design.
13. Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
