  • Specialized Storage: Organize products within the warehouse based on their chemical properties (e.g., segregating alkaline materials from acidic ones and storing flammable substances in designated areas).
  • Inventory Control: Conduct periodic inventory counts (daily/weekly/monthly) and reconcile physical stock with the records on the computer system.
  • FEFO Management: Implement the First Expired, First Out (FEFO) policy to ensure that expired or damaged detergents do not accumulate.
  • Safety and Environment: Ensure the availability of safety equipment (fire extinguishers, eyewash stations) and strictly adhere to wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when handling chemicals.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain and continuously update Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for every product.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately and efficiently prepare orders for branches or customers to ensure supply chain continuity.
