We are looking for a Stock Control Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy and ensure stock integrity within our Distribution Center.
The successful candidate will manage inventory transactions, lead cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to support efficient warehouse operations and maintain optimal product availability.
Responsibilities Supervise inventory control operations and daily warehouse stock activities.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP systems.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent shortages or overstock.
Prepare inventory reports and track key inventory KPIs.
Ensure proper stock organization, bin labeling, and FIFO implementation.
Train and support inventory staff while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Support internal and external inventory audits.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in inventory management or warehouse supervision.
Experience with cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory accuracy improvement.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong leadership and analytical skills.
