Stakeholder Management Advisor - Stadium

The project:

Mace is providing strategic project management consultancy for major new-build stadiums, multiple stadium redevelopments, and wider precinct transformations in Riyadh. The scope includes the delivery of new stadiums, increasing existing stadia capacity, delivering major mixed-use amenities, and introducing robust knowledge transfer to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability beyond construction.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivers specialist stakeholder and communications activities on assigned commissions, working under the guidance of senior management to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Supports the implementation of functional frameworks and strategies, ensuring alignment with client requirements and the Mace Control Centre.
• Builds strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams to enable effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitors and delivers activities set out in functional management plans, including performance reporting, reviews and stakeholder engagement.
• Develops and enhances stakeholder and communications methodologies, contributing to improved processes and integrated ways of working.
• Strengthens the integration of key functional disciplines such as stakeholder management, communications, consents and interface management.
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, supporting the evolution of tools, processes and best practice.
• Assists in delivering strategic plans for the relevant area or discipline, ensuring consistency, compliance and effective execution.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualification in a relevant subject, is essential.
• 9 years of post-graduate experience is essential.
• Professional membership is an advantage.
• Stadium experience is essential.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
