Job description

The Sr. Specialist, Strategic Planning is essential for driving strategic initiatives in our manufacturing operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for those with a keen interest in strategic analysis and planning, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with teams to develop strategic plans.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and suggest improvements.
  4. Prepare reports for senior management decision-making.
  5. Assist in developing KPIs for strategic success.
  6. Support the annual strategic planning process.
  7. Engage stakeholders for alignment on initiatives.
  8. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Major: Engineer (Preferred industrial engineer), Management Information Systems.
  3. Excellent communication abilities.
  4. Proficient in data analysis tools.
  5. Team-oriented with independent work capability.
  6. Experience in project management.
  7. Detail-oriented and results-focused.
  8. Adaptable to changing environments.
  9. Fluent in English and Arabic preferred.
