Sr Engineer Manager

Sr Engineer Manager is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the technical and operational aspects of dosing systems within industrial environments. This role demands a strong background in engineering, particularly in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics, coupled with extensive experience in the dosing equipment sector. The manager not only guides the installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of complex mechanical and electrical systems but also provides essential technical support to sales and application engineers. In addition to their technical expertise, the manager demonstrates proven leadership skills, effectively managing multicultural teams across various geographies and ensuring successful project delivery from pre-order to completion.

Job duties:

• Thorough knowledge in Mechanical engineering of various Dosing systems for Boiler, Cooling tower and up & down stream & also should possess basic knowledge in E&I, Equipment installation & Commissioning at filed.
• Provide the required technical support to the sales and application engineers.
• Will be responsible to drive the Designing & Detailing from pre-order to completion of feed & dose Projects under his responsibility.
• Will define priorities for the team to ensure right allocation of resources and project delivery
• Design and ensure seamless execution of the preventive maintenance plans for the installed equipment under his scope.
• Manage the troubleshooting activities of our equipment’s at customer sites.
• Knowledge in overall plant process (Chemical/operation) output criteria/standards and operation philosophy is must.
• Should be able to read/understand drawings/ Manuals and execute accordingly.
• Good communication, reporting skill is must. Able to manage internal and external stakeholders under pressure.

Qualification:

• Engineering degree in Electrical engineering OR electronics and communication OR mechatronics. 
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.

• Ability to build long-term relationships with internal and external customers.
• High level of emotional intelligence
• Ability to meet stretch timelines in a large geography (MEA)

Experience:

• 12-15 years of experience in dosing equipment sector. 
• At least five years’ experience in -industrial sector.
• Experience in electrical and mechanical installation and troubleshooting activities.
• Leadership experience managing multicultural teams across geographies.
• Preferably experience in a multination company

• Willingness to travel as per the requirement by company/ Project.
