Tactical


·Including blueprint design workshops, planning, designing and implementation of completely new or transformation into ERP Solution for business.


·Should have the ability to present Oracle / SAP functional solutions to Technical and non-technical stakeholders and proven thought leadership to ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best industry practices for project implementation, upgrades, migration or other phases.


·Should have an in-depth functional Oracle / SAP expertise coupled with technical appreciation and strong “hands-on” experience with SCM Modules (Maintenance Cloud, Procurement & Supply Chain which includes: SQM, Inventory & Costing, WMS Cloud, Sourcing and Procurement, Supply Planning, etc.).


·Clear about ERP, solution architectures, design, rollout and implementation of these modules. Candidate shall be ERP SCM domain expert (SME) and will be business technical focal point on upcoming ERP project.


·Lead the end-to-end architecture design of Supply Chain, Procurement, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Logistics solutions.


·Translate complex business requirements into robust system designs leveraging Oracle / SAP, SCM modules as applicable.


·Develop target operating models, integration architectures, and system landscapes across multiple platforms.


·Lead and oversee the full implementation lifecycle from SCM — requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, dependency & impact and post-go-live support.


·Guide functional consultants and developers in delivering system enhancements and integrations.


·Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing, Projects, HR, etc.) for end-to-end process alignment.


·Define and enforce governance, data quality, and change management processes.



Operational


·Experience as a member of a consulting, or system integrator (Implementation Partner) firm and preferred to have work experience of working for Oil & Gas industry. Able to effectively interact with cross functional Teams. Understanding of Drilling industry will be a plus.


·Participated in around 1 or 2 full life cycle ERP - SCM modules implementations requiring knowledge of Blueprint workshops (HLA Demo), Design, development and implementation.


·In addition to base modules of SCM, it is preferred to have knowledge and / or work experience on Warehouse Management System (WMS), Maintenance, and other modules within SCM.


·Experience in understanding Oracle / SAP and their upgrades. Having knowledge of Finance modules and its connection with SCM.


·Experience with Cloud integration technologies and Architecture certifications are a plus e.g. TOGAF


·Design and oversee integrations between SCM and related systems — including ERP, MES, CRM, EAM, WMS, and 3PL/Logistics platforms.


·Connect with other teams for any project related tasks like integrations, technical discussion on middleware/API/other options.


·Well verse with project documentation





Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS



Knowledge and Experience


Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Commerce, Information Systems, or equivalent with related field with formal experience / training.



Education and Certifications


·Preferably a Cost Accountant / CA or SCM domain guy well versed with basic accounting & SCM concepts with expertise in Oracle / SAP Implementation projects.


·5 to 8 years of experience in ERP Supply Chain/Procurement domain, with minimum 2 to 3 years in solution architecture roles.


·ERP SCM Certification will be valuable - TOGAF / ITIL / (desirable)


·Self-organizing and capable of autonomous execution.
