Our team works with a network of reputable clients and partners in the EMEA region including large organizations operating in telecom, technology, government, banking, insurance, real estate development, retail, services, chemicals, e-commerce and transportation sectors.

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled consulting professionals to join our contractor talent pool for client-facing engagements in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These opportunities are ideal for candidates with a strong consulting foundation and hands-on experience in digital transformation, product management, and public sector initiatives across GCC.


This role is offered on a 6 to 12-month contract basis, with potential renewal subject to performance and business needs. The role is fully on-site at the client location in Riyadh, and relocation to Riyadh is mandatory for candidates not currently based there.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support strategic consulting engagements for public sector and government-related entities.
  • Serve as a focal point between senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and client leadership.
  • Conduct current-state assessments, gap analyses, benchmarking, and market research to inform recommendations.
  • Develop business cases, implementation plans, and governance frameworks for strategic initiatives.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones while ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
  • Manage and supervise the preparation of impact analyses and develop mitigation plans
  • Develop business requirements documents and maintain technical documentation
  • Manage the department’s vendors relationships and supervise the delivery of different types of deliverables in written and visual formats
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises and market studies/analysis
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, steering committee materials, and progress reports.
  • Support policy, process, and performance improvement initiatives across client departments.
  • Coordinate with technology, operations, and business teams to translate strategic priorities into executable plans.
  • Provide ad-hoc advisory support to leadership teams as required.
  • Drive work streams related to digital strategy, transformation roadmaps, and operating models.
  • Support the design, launch, and optimization of digital products, platforms, and services.
  • Apply product management methodologies to define product vision, roadmap, prioritization, KPIs, and user journeys.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Total of 8+ years of experience, including at least 4 years in the management consulting industry.
  • Prior experience in top-tier consulting firms, boutique consultancies, or transformation offices is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with or advising the public sector, government, semi-government, or regulatory entities within the GCC.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-expectation client environments.
  • Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Certifications in Agile, Product Management, PMP, Scrum, or similar are advantageous.
