Job description

The SharePoint Developer plays a crucial role in the telecommunications industry by designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint applications and solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, as well as the ability to integrate SharePoint with other systems to enhance collaboration and efficiency within the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop SharePoint solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the telecommunications sector.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for SharePoint applications.
  3. Implement and manage SharePoint workflows to optimize business processes.
  4. Ensure the security and integrity of SharePoint data by implementing best practices and compliance measures.
  5. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SharePoint applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  6. Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize the utilization of SharePoint features.
  7. Stay updated with the latest SharePoint technologies and trends to continuously improve solutions.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint applications and processes.
  9. Assist in the migration of legacy systems to SharePoint to enhance operational efficiency.
  10. Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SharePoint with other enterprise applications.

  1. Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  6. Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and methodologies.
  7. Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
  8. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  9. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  10. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
