The consultant will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, optimizing portfolio, program, and project management processes for our clients.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical configurations and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities: Configure and customize ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) applications to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and integrations related to ServiceNow SPM.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of ServiceNow SPM modules.
Conduct testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality delivery.
Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides to assist teams and clients.
Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices to continuously improve client solutions.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS as applied within the ServiceNow environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
