Accountabilities: 
  • Lead and coordinate all structural engineering activities for GES+ projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to structural engineers and designers, ensuring high quality and consistent engineering deliverables.
  • Review and approve structural calculations, design reports, drawings, material specifications, and other discipline deliverables.
  • Develop and oversee the design of steel structures, pipe racks, equipment foundations, platforms, and other structural systems.
  • Ensure structural designs are safe, constructible, and aligned with project execution strategies.
  • Interface with multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor discipline progress, resource utilization, schedules, and budgets to achieve project objectives and delivery milestones.
  • Support project reviews, constructability assessments, risk evaluations, and technical audits while ensuring compliance with Worley quality and HSE requirements.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to discipline capability development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience in structural engineering supporting Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, or Energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards.
  • Proficiency in structural engineering software such as STAAD. Pro, SACS, SAP2000, ETABS, and SAFE, with high level experience in FEED, Detailed Design, EPC, and Brownfield projects.
