We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our team specializing in lighting solutions, lighting control systems, home automation, and maintenance services.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the lighting industry and proven experience handling similar residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across multiple business streams including lighting projects, smart systems, maintenance contracts, and after-sales services.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities across lighting projects, lighting control systems, home automation solutions, and maintenance services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and end clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to quotations, negotiations, and closing deals.
Develop and grow recurring revenue streams including maintenance contracts and upgrade services.
Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, project management, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain strong technical knowledge of lighting products, lighting controls, smart home systems, and related technologies.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management review.
Support junior sales team members when needed by sharing market knowledge and best practices.
Basic salary up to 10,000 SAR plus attractive commission structure.

Must be currently based in KSA, preferably residing in Riyadh, or willing to relocate to Riyadh if based elsewhere in KSA.
Proven track record working on lighting, lighting control, or smart systems projects.
Strong understanding of lighting products, lighting controls, home automation systems, and project-based sales.
Existing network of relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, or designers is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
