What You’ll Lead and Deliver


  • Lead the full sales cycle for Digital Solutions and OT Cybersecurity offerings, from prospecting and opportunity identification to deal closure and post-sales adoption.
  • Strategically prioritize high-value accounts and pursue complex enterprise and EPC opportunities.
  • Identify and create new business opportunities through proactive market research, networking, and industry insights.
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to generate demand for digital and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure consistent follow-up to meet revenue targets.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes involving technical, commercial, and operational decision-makers.
  • Manage long sales cycles with objectivity and critical thinking to resolve challenges and align solutions with client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and close high-value deals successfully.

  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships to position the company as a trusted advisor.

  • Influence long-term adoption and repeat business through relationship-building and solution-oriented consulting.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes by delivering against sales targets and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery, high client satisfaction, and successful adoption of solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
