JASARA PMC is actively seeking a Senior QS Manager to join our elite team in overseeing the commercial aspects of our Social Infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing all quantity surveying functions, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Your expertise in cost management, contracts, and financial planning will be crucial to the success of our projects.
You will collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective cost control and risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the quantity surveying team, providing guidance and mentorship.
Prepare and manage the project budget, including cost estimates and forecasts.
Conduct value engineering and cost-benefit analysis to optimize project expenditure.
Review and negotiate contractual documents and variations in accordance with company policy.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on financial performance.
Collaborate with project management to develop strategies for effective cost management and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on the construction industry.
Extensive knowledge of contract management and cost control methods.
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial reports and data.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Professional certifications in quantity surveying (e.
g., MRICS) are highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
