You’ll be responsible for:

• Determines and coordinates project management, technical services, and external resources required to deliver projects effectively on behalf of the client.

  
  

• Collaborates with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to align strategies and ensure successful project delivery.

  
  

• Promotes a strong safety culture by demonstrating visible safety leadership and implementing health and safety frameworks.

  
  

• Provides subject matter expertise and leverages organisational knowledge to support optimal project outcomes.

  
  

• Procures and manages design teams and consultants, overseeing scopes, deliverables, fees, variations, and claims.

  
  

• Develops and integrates design, authority, procurement, and delivery programmes to support end-to-end project execution.

  
  

• Leads project delivery from inception through construction, ensuring alignment with project plans, KPIs, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.

  
  

• Oversees stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, change management, and handover documentation to ensure successful project completion.

You will bring proven experience in major rail or infrastructure programmes, coupled with the ability to operate in complex, fast‑paced delivery environments.
